Help build a school
इंजीनियरों के लिए, इंजीनियरों द्वारा।

We’re Computer Pathshala — a small founder-led team building the cloud-engineering school we wish we’d had. We hire across teaching, curriculum, engineering, marketing and operations — anyone with skill, judgement and a bias toward shipping. We currently have 1 active opening; for every other category, we accept speculative résumés year-round.

Why work here

Six things that apply whatever you do here.

🎯

Real ownership

Cohort owner, course owner, platform owner — whatever your role, you ship outcomes and see how students respond.

🤝

Flat, founder-led team

Talk to the founder directly. Decisions move fast because there are no layers of middle management to translate intent.

🛠

Real cloud, real labs

We pay the cloud bill. Lessons run on real EKS / AKS / GKE clusters that you can break and rebuild — no toy sandboxes.

🏠

Remote-first

Work from anywhere in India. Live cohort sessions in evening IST or weekends — flexible around your day job if you're part-time.

📚

Learning supported

We back relevant certifications and conferences when the budget allows. Backed by the founder, not buried in policy.

📈

Pay tied to outcomes

Per-cohort compensation for trainers, performance bonuses for completion rate and student NPS. Not a flat fee that ignores impact.

Teaching & Mentorship

1 opening

Trainers and cohort mentors for our cloud, DevOps, AI/ML and DevSecOps tracks. Practitioners who ship to production AND can explain why things break — not pure academics.

Trainer / Cohort Mentor

Per-cohort engagement5+ years shipping in production

Lead live cohort sessions and run 1-1 mentorship for our cloud, DevOps, AI/ML or DevSecOps tracks. You teach what you've actually shipped — real migrations, real incidents, real cost-optimisation passes — not textbook chapters. Per-cohort compensation with a performance bonus tied to student NPS + completion rate. Tell us which track(s) you can lead in your application; we'll match you to the next available cohort.

That’s fine — write to us anyway. Email hr@computerpathshala.com with [Speculative] in the subject and a short note on what you’d want to work on. We hire opportunistically when we meet the right person.
