These terms govern your use of computerpathshala.com and access to courses, cohorts and any service we provide. By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Account
- You must be 18+ to create an account.
- You’re responsible for keeping your password safe. Don’t share your account.
- One person, one account. Sharing seats with friends violates these terms and may forfeit your enrollment without refund.
Subscriptions and payments
- Free plan — free forever, no card required.
- Pro plan — billed monthly or annually, in INR via UPI / cards / netbanking.
- Cohort — fixed-fee 12-week programme, payable in full or 3× EMI.
- Teams — invoice-based, custom annual contracts.
- All payments processed by Razorpay. We do not store payment instrument details.
- GST applies as per Indian law.
Refunds
See the full Refund Policy. Summary:
- Pro: cancel any time, refund pro-rata within 30 days of first paid invoice.
- Cohort: refund in full within 7 days of cohort kickoff. Job guarantee applies for refund after 6 months under conditions.
- Teams: per the contract.
Intellectual property
- Course content (video, lab specs, written material) is licensed to you for personal use only — not for redistribution, resale, or training your own AI models.
- You retain ownership of any code or work you create in our labs.
- We may use anonymised aggregate course data (completion rates, common errors) to improve the platform.
Code of conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our infrastructure for crypto mining, attacking other systems, or anything illegal.
- Harass mentors, staff, or other students. We have a zero-tolerance policy.
- Reverse-engineer the platform or scrape course content.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Browser labs may take up to 60 seconds to provision. Cohort live sessions are recorded — if you miss one, you can watch it the next day.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us in the most recent three months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
Either of us can terminate at any time. If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of your subscription. If you violate these terms, we may terminate without refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
