We charge for what we ship. If we don’t ship, we refund. The plan determines how.
Pro (subscription)
Cancellation
- Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. One click. No exit interview.
- Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No early-termination fee.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of first paid invoice — full refund, no questions asked, even if you’ve watched lessons.
- After 7 days — non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancellation prevents future charges.
- Annual prepay — pro-rata refund on unused months minus the annual discount you received.
Cohort (12-week programme)
Before kickoff
- If you cancel before the cohort kickoff date — full refund, less a 5% admin fee (Razorpay non-refundable).
During the first week (week 1)
- If the cohort isn’t for you, cancel within 7 days of kickoff for a 100% refund of all paid amounts.
After week 1
- Cohort tuition is non-refundable on a calendar basis. EMI continues to be billed unless you exit early via the next clause.
Job-guarantee refund
If you complete the cohort and don’t receive a qualifying job offer (≥ ₹18L base salary) within 6 months of the cohort end date, we refund 100% of the cohort tuition.
Conditions:
- Attend ≥ 80% of live cohort sessions.
- Submit and pass all 4 capstones.
- Accept ≥ 3 hiring partner intros and complete the interview process.
- Submit weekly job-search updates.
- Refund processed within 14 days of confirmed eligibility.
Teams (annual contract)
Per the master services agreement signed at procurement.
Free plan
The free plan is free. There’s nothing to refund. You can delete your account any time.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@computerpathshala.com with subject
[Refund]. - Include: invoice ID, payment date, payment method (UPI / card / NEFT), reason.
- We respond within 2 working days with eligibility and next steps.
- Approved refunds processed within 5–7 working days back to the original payment method (bank transfers may take 3–5 additional days).
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we pause your account until the chargeback is resolved. We always prefer to settle directly — chargebacks are slower, more expensive, and avoidable in 99% of cases by emailing us first.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Existing engagements keep the policy that was active when you signed.
